We ship all products worldwide. Products will be shipped via airmail (except for local customer) by Hong Kong Post. And it will be shipped as a registered mail since postage lost will be insured and mail can be tracked.

Shipping Fee:
- International: US$4 for the first item, only US$1.8 for each additional item.
- Hong Kong: We will inform you the shipping cost and total amount within 2 buiness days when you have confirmed the order.

Products will be shipped within 7-10 days upon receipt of cleared payment, depending the the order quantity. It will take about 7 - 20 business days to reach your address depending on the destination.

Products will be wrapped with bubble paper for better production.

Due to security reason, we reserve the right not to send items to unconfirmed paypal address.

Payment must be cleared within 5 days after order confirmed, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order.

We mark all items as gift with minimal item values. Some European countries and Canada may be subject to pay import tax duties. Please check your local custom office for declaration details, and we would not be responsible for any tax incurred.

If you are unsatisfied, you may inform us by email ( info@faz-jewelry.com) for a return within 3 days after received and return in original condition within 15 days after received for a full refund. All refunds will be made based on selling price only and shipping charges and paypal handling charges if any are not refundable.
